To the extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of bookings, travel disruptions, or loss of profits. Travel Go’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Fraud & Payment Disputes
Travel Go reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse bookings in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Travel Go reserves the right to recover any associated costs and losses.
